Does every message require manual approval?

Approval and automation depend on plan mode and review context. The platform’s principle is that AI proposals sit within governed processes; it should not be interpreted as a universal promise of manual approval for every send or reply.

How is AI-generated wording used?

AI drafts cohort wording in English and Spanish for review and reuse. Communications Governance provides organization-defined constraints. Drafting and sending are distinct parts of the process.

Do the agents modify themselves without oversight?

No. Learning produces improvement proposals, not silent self-modification. Proposed changes to instructions, routing, permissions or evaluation rules are reviewed; approved changes are versioned and reversible.

Can Concierto reflect our organization’s vocabulary?

Business Vocabulary adapts labels to the organization’s context, such as customer, patient or member. The underlying closed-loop engagement approach remains connected.
